For Residents in the Nursing Home;

Our services include:

For the Nursing Home;

The application process is cumbersome at best and often requires many contacts with the client's family and MassHealth before the resident is approved - not to mention issues that cause further delays such as additional verifications, disqualifying transfers, trusts, etc.  This obviously can severely impact the facility's financial performances by increasing A/R days and potential bad debt.  Utilizing in house staff to process the necessary forms can take a significant amount of time, thereby creating additional expense and detracting from primary functions as business office staff, social workers, etc.
